"Lowes® Gift Card" Contest Rules & Regulations
Every week, Payless will randomly choose a winner. To win one of the 4 ($25) gift cards, simply click "Sign Up Now." You will be prompted to enter your contact information which allows Payless to promptly send you your card, if selected. Payless will then ship the card to the address provided.
By entering in this Internet only contest, you agree to the following:
* The Lowes Gift® cards are valid at participating locations. To find a store, visit www.lowes.com.
* Void where prohibited.
* No purchase necessary to win.
* Limit 1 entry per household. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
* Entries from previous Payless Car Rental contests are void. To be eligible to win, you must re-register.
* Contest Winner is responsible for all taxes and any other applicable charges.
* Purchases over the amount on the gift card are the responsibility of the Contest Winner.
* Payless Car Rental is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
* Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash. View the full terms at www.lowes.com.
* Names of the weekly winners will be posted on this site throughout the term of the contest. (May 1st 2008 – May 31st 2008)
* All entries must be received by May 29th, 2008. Contest ends May 31st, 2008.
* By entering in this contest you agree to receive periodic e-mails from Payless Car Rental.
* Employees of Payless Car Rental System, Inc., affiliated companies, and members of those employees’ immediate families are not eligible for this contest.
* Personal information obtained through contest will NOT be shared with third-parties. |
